ELECTRIC EASE NECA 2026 REBATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: October 5, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Electric Ease NECA 2026 Rebate Program ("Program"). Participation is also subject to the applicable Electric Ease Membership Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
1. The Offer
Eligible new Electric Ease members participating in the NECA 2026 promotional offer may earn up to $4,497 in Electric Ease membership credits by maintaining an active, paid Electric Ease membership for 12 consecutive monthly billing periods.
The available rebate amounts are:
Core: $897
Growth: $2,097
Scale: $4,497
The rebate is not paid in cash. Once earned, it is applied evenly as Electric Ease membership credits over the Member's next 12 months of renewal.
2. Eligibility
The Program is available to qualifying companies enrolling in Electric Ease through the NECA 2026 promotional offer.
Companies with an active Electric Ease membership at the time of enrollment are not eligible.
Unless Electric Ease approves otherwise in writing, only one NECA Rebate may be earned per company or member organization.
Electric Ease reserves the right to verify eligibility.
3. First 12 Months — Month-to-Month Membership
During the Member's first 12 months, the Electric Ease membership is month-to-month and billed monthly, with no annual commitment required.
The Member may cancel the membership during this initial period in accordance with the applicable Electric Ease Membership Agreement.
However, to earn the NECA Rebate, the Member must voluntarily remain an active, paid Electric Ease member for 12 consecutive monthly billing periods.
If the Member cancels before completing 12 consecutive paid monthly billing periods, the Member will not earn the rebate.
No partial rebate will be earned.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails during the initial 12-month qualification period, the Member will have until the Member's next regularly scheduled billing date to fully resolve the failed payment.
If the payment is resolved within that billing cycle, the Member's rebate eligibility and original qualification anniversary will be preserved.
If the failed payment is not resolved by the next regularly scheduled billing date, rebate eligibility will be forfeited.
A voluntary cancellation is not considered a failed payment.
5. Determining the Rebate Amount
The Member's rebate amount is determined by the Electric Ease membership tier in effect at the completion of the Member's 12th consecutive paid monthly billing period.
The applicable rebate amounts are:
Core: $897
Growth: $2,097
Scale: $4,497
Once Month 12 is completed, the applicable rebate amount is earned and fixed.
Membership tier changes after Month 12 do not increase or decrease the total earned rebate.
6. Receiving the Rebate
To receive the earned rebate, the Member must renew the Electric Ease membership following completion of the initial 12-month qualification period.
The earned rebate will be divided into 12 equal monthly membership credits and applied during the following 12 months of renewal:
Core: $74.75 per month for 12 months
Growth: $174.75 per month for 12 months
Scale: $374.75 per month for 12 months
The Member's applicable Membership Agreement will govern the terms of the renewal, including billing, cancellation, and other membership obligations.
7. Cancellation During the Rebate Period
If the Member's membership ends before all 12 monthly rebate credits have been applied, any remaining unused rebate credits are forfeited.
Credits properly applied before cancellation or termination will not be revoked solely because the membership later ends, except in cases involving fraud, material misrepresentation, chargebacks, payment manipulation, or abuse of the Program.
Unused rebate credits will not be paid in cash.
8. Rebate Restrictions
NECA Rebate credits:
Have no cash value;
Cannot be redeemed for cash or a cash refund;
Cannot be sold or transferred to an unrelated company or account;
Cannot create a cash or negative account balance; and
May only be applied to eligible Electric Ease membership charges.
The NECA Rebate may not be combined with another Electric Ease rebate, discount, or similar promotional incentive unless Electric Ease approves otherwise in writing.
9. Verification and Program Abuse
Electric Ease may review membership, billing, and account records as reasonably necessary to verify Program eligibility.
Electric Ease may disqualify a Member for fraud, material misrepresentation, duplicate registrations, payment manipulation, or other attempts to circumvent the Program requirements.
Any exception to these Program Terms must be approved by Electric Ease in writing.
10. Relationship to Electric Ease Membership Terms
These Program Terms govern only the NECA 2026 Rebate Program.
The Member's underlying Electric Ease membership remains subject to the applicable Electric Ease Membership Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and payment terms.
If there is a conflict specifically concerning qualification for or administration of the NECA Rebate, these Program Terms will control unless otherwise required by applicable law.
